CS-25 Plus is a unique machine in its class with no compare for now. Serial production of this machine started in October 2011. As a 25 pcs machine, due to the new features added to it, the body was manufactured as LARGE, the filling system was made TURBO, and the vibration system was developed to make it suitable for manufacture higher products. It has many plus features such as mechanical properties, compact body structure, easy and fast installation, and easy learning.

The most important feature brought by the CS-25 Plus is that it can manufacture products from 5 cm to 50 cm in height. Vibration mechanism works with belt system. There is a vibration bed system that makes you forget yourself cause does not need maintenance for a long time. It is a one-piece table system. Due to the vibration structure, the side plasters are very perfect. The impact intensity (G force) in each region of the manufactured vibration system is adjusted with digital measuring devices and measured and reported. In this way, while the stones and blocks produced are produced in actual sizes, It can be seen that the Stones has same height with the measurements made by the four corners of the pallet. Only the bottom plate has a vibration power of 15 kW. Only German PARKER brand valves, pumps, filters and records are used in the hydraulic system. Electrical automation system has designed and applied with Omron and Schneider branded products just like Quattro, by the high qualified engineers.
