MIXER ARM AND BLADES

• Mixing arms can be easily adjusted downward as they wear out.
• Mixing arms and blades can be easily replaced.
• Mixing blades are made of Ni-hard quality cast iron and have a hardness of 54 Hrc. They are so hard that they cannot be processed and at the same time flexible enough not to break.
• Mixing blades have been designed with decades of experience, providing an ergonomic structure for perfect mixing. The arms are made of special flexible steel to resist breaking and ensure trouble-free mixing of zero-slump concrete.

WEAR PLATES

• Base and side wear plates are optionally made of Ni-hard cast iron or Hardox quality steel sheets.
• Standard holes make them easily replaceable.
• Plate dimensions are calculated for easy transportation and replacement.

REDUCER

• One of the most important components of the mixer is the reducer. Our reducers are of the Italian COBRA brand. Many mixer manufacturers in Europe use this reducer. These reducers are of very high quality, developed with years of experience, and are extremely durable.
• Motors are ABB branded, low-energy class motors. Therefore, our mixers contribute to continuous energy savings, shortening the payback period.
• One superiority of our mixers over competitors is the use of a higher-grade motor and reducer. The capacities of all mixers in the market are calculated and manufactured according to the wet concrete. However, mixing wet concrete is easy. In contrast, Milano Mixer is designed to easily mix the very difficult consistency referred to as zero-slump. It is designed for use by companies manufacturing prefabricated concrete elements, interlocking paving stones, and similar products.

DESIGN

DISCHARGE

• The discharge cover is designed to open maximally.
• The size and design of the discharge cover are designed for quick discharge. There is also a manually operated pump in the hydraulic system to open the mixer cover in case of power outages. The piston and bearing structure is designed for the easy and smooth opening and closing of the discharge cover.

MAINTENANCE AND MONITORING SYSTEM

• Maintenance and inspection covers are equipped with a safety switch system, prioritizing worker safety.

SAMPLE COLLECTION COVER

• Optional and can be easily mounted when needed, a blind cover is left on the body for this purpose.
